Finally we've decided to bring Isabelle out of our comfort zone - Singapore! But yet , we made a conservative decision, that is shortening the journey and simplifying the process. Though I myself dread the long 6-hr bus journey to genting, but having stuck at home for so long, i really look forward to a fun trip, be it just a short and simple one. So Genting, there we go! Oh ya, one more thing to buffer our risk and uncertainty of bringing a toddler, first time out of the country, is our super nanny! haha, every parent's rescuers! Ah Gong and Ah Ma!
Thankfully, the bus journey was a smooth ride! Isabelle enjoyed it so much. Ah Gong and Ah ma were always so doting and cheerful, mummy constant offer of snacks and juice (which i prepared so much that i was the one eating them away), oh, we brought a portable dvd player, just in case she gets bored... so really, she didnt watch the cartoons played on the coach.. and Barney came to help!! ha... finally, she slept 3-hours straight till we reach the top of the hill!!
Just one funny thing to share, when we got there, everyone was so excited... well the cold weather and plus giving our back and butt a break...finally can walk and run... Isabelle began shouting "Wah!" "Wah!" " Wah!"...when she saw the lightings and decorations of the hotel. That really perked us up! She is so funny... expressive, i should say. funny too. hahaha...
